Job Summary:
- Under the supervision of the CEO, the Key Account Manager will responsible for Identify, develop, build, manage & deliver business development sales targets through maintaining and management of relationships with new & existing clients, generating new sales leads, to drive revenues & profit for the business.
Specific Responsibilities:
The incumbent will carry out the following functional areas:
- Identify & Analyse supplier FMCG companies’ data in order to initiate profitable commercial agreements.
- Managing digital distribution channels.
- identifying rising business opportunities and building long-term relationships with prospects.
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Increasing client base
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Manges BD team
Job Requirements
- Typically requires 5+ year of experience with at least 3years in e-commerce
- Have previous experience in FMCG companies
- Skilled in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet.
- Experience in working with and successfully achieving sales quota and other KPIs
- Customer success and sales oriented.
- Government selling experience is a PLUS
- Hands-on, high efficiency, and proactivity. Execution is a top priority on Liferay's philosophy.
- Own network of decision-makers and other relevant people at leading Egyptian companies
- Excellent business level English is a must.
- Ability to travel in Egypt and internationally
