Job Description

Key Requirements for the main responsibilities:

  1. Aware of the Laws and regulations as per labor and social insurance laws and ensure that it’s applied inside the company
  2. Manage the Communication with the governmental entities (Social insurance office - labor office, other related)
  3. Aware of hiring and termination’s full process
  4. Review the database in the system to ensure validity (Hits user preferable)
  5. Ensure that the personnel objectives are achieved

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce or relevant studies

  • Experience: 

From 1 to 3 years in the same position

Competencies: 

  • Focus on details and results
  • Communication Skills
  • Problem solving & Decision making
  • Work under pressure
  • Attention to details
  • Efficient knowledge of Social insurance & labor law, and income tax is a must
