Job Description

  • Accomplish daily tasks in coordination with direct managers and distribute work and functional tasks on the team "messengers – housekeepers – office boys".
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Supervising and following up on maintenance work for the administrative headquarter and facilities and ensuring that a clean work environment is maintained.
  • Everything related to buffet and hospitality within the company.
  • Supervising the hygiene of the company’s headquarter.
  • Responsible for the messengers and their itinerary.
  • Responsible for the security of the administrative building.
  • Supervision of all his subordinates and evaluate their performance.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform any other related tasks related to the job.

Job Requirements

  • Any High Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience – 3 years in the Contracting/Construction industry is a MUST
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Attention to detail.
