Job Description
- Accomplish daily tasks in coordination with direct managers and distribute work and functional tasks on the team "messengers – housekeepers – office boys".
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Supervising and following up on maintenance work for the administrative headquarter and facilities and ensuring that a clean work environment is maintained.
- Everything related to buffet and hospitality within the company.
- Supervising the hygiene of the company’s headquarter.
- Responsible for the messengers and their itinerary.
- Responsible for the security of the administrative building.
- Supervision of all his subordinates and evaluate their performance.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform any other related tasks related to the job.
Job Requirements
- Any High Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience – 3 years in the Contracting/Construction industry is a MUST
- Expert in MS Office
- Advanced communication skills
- Advanced time management skills
- Attention to detail.
