Job Description
- Manages the foreman in the zone including the operations of the Security, Landscape, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
- Provides high quality professional support and coordination services.
- Resolves employees' complaints via phone or face to face.
- Advises on any information the customer may need.
- Communicates with the Facility Director to ensure proper facility maintenance services are being delivered.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure solving employees' complaints.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: BS in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Works, such as: finishing, construction, architecture, plumbing and sanitary works
- Proficiency in necessary Computer Programs.
