Job Description
- Provide advanced knowledge of products, trends and professional service to local customers of the live-streaming industry
- Assist our users with all customer service inquiries via chat, phone, e-mail, and social media
- Manage the stability and improvement of users recharge and consumption, lengthen the lifecycle of user
- Build lasting relationships with users, develop open channels of communication and become a reliable advisor
Job Requirements

- Excellent in MS office
- Excellent teamwork spirit, good communication, and presentation skills.
