Job Description

We are looking to hire a Project Manger to join one of our Agricultural Projects in Egypt, New Cairo

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible to do the following:

  • Manage and Direct company projects from the start of each project to ensure that the project scope is in line with the Management vision.
  • Create the project plan and the schedule of all deliverables for each project and allocate the necessary resources to complete the project.
  • Provide a budget and cost estimate for all projects and ensure that all projects will be completed within the approved budget.
  • Collaborate with the concerned parties of every project and act as a Liaison with the Management to ensure feasibility and smooth operations in each project
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors all terms related to the scope assigned, ensuring that it is within budget and the specified timeline for completing the project.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to the management along with recommendations for any required corrective actions
  • Resolve day-to-day problems for any project, and plan for any emerging matters ensuring that no surprising factors would delay the project timeline or exceed the budget.
  • Ensure compliance with the project approved specifications, quality standards, as well as the health and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or master degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation.
  • Experience overseeing day to day operations.
  • Budget management experience.
