Job Description
- Follow up daily HR functions for the agricultural sector with the HR team
- Follow up daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine & attendance cards"
- Follow up every transaction on the attendance system Provide periodic reports about employee’s regularity and review employees' vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave …etc.
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
- Preparing Form no. 1 & no. 6 for employees
- Receive & Review Hiring documents for all new hiring candidates
- Preparing contracts for employees
- Preparing monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick … ETC.)
- Location: Alwahat, 21 working days, full accommodation, meals, and transportation from and to October City to Alwahat.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Very Good command of the English language.
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
