Job Description
- Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Operations and Maintenance department plans to ensure the alignment with MTBI overall objectives and business plans.
- Participates in the development of Operations and Maintenance department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of Operations and Maintenance department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Acts as technical reference for all operations team in the process management in the operations.
- Conducts process management and optimization studies to enhance quality / cost and minimize process faults and variances.
- Train subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Quality unit activities is carried out in an efficient manner.
- Watch and implement the Group values.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4-6 years of related experience.
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing background is a MUST.
- Resident of (Badr city, Sherouk, obour, 10th of Ramadan, New Cairo & surrounding areas).
