Job Description

  • Handle retraining requests for all we retail
  • Handle the request of privilege regarding the application
  • Communicates all the info to the sales employees
  • The focal point for the sales department regarding mobile services
  • The focal point for the sales department regarding the ADSL services
  • The focal point for the sales department regarding the Fixed-line services
  • Responsible for the knowledge base regarding the sales team (Retail)
  • Responsible for the training of the newcomers
  • Responsible for Q-System (installation, problems, and reports)
  • Ticketing system support
  • Make sure that the application in the new branches are up and running
  • Focal point with the marketing team to communicate the new offers and products.

Job Requirements
