Job Description
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to closing a deal.
- Generate awareness of the company product/ service on all sales platforms.
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Meeting or exceeding the sales target.
- Follow up the project status with the service delivery team.
- Identify potential issues and/ or opportunities related to the project.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on partner activity as well as tracking KPI.
- Handle customer complaints by directing it to the relevant department and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business administration/ commerce / marketing.
- 0-2 B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Presentable and Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a car (is a must).
- Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (is a must).
- Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office “Word, Excel and PowerPoint”.
- Ability to work under pressure.
