Job Description

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to closing a deal.
  • Generate awareness of the company product/ service on all sales platforms.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Meeting or exceeding the sales target.
  • Follow up the project status with the service delivery team.
  • Identify potential issues and/ or opportunities related to the project.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on partner activity as well as tracking KPI.
  • Handle customer complaints by directing it to the relevant department and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business administration/ commerce / marketing.
  • 0-2 B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • Presentable and Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a car (is a must).
  • Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (is a must).
  • Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office “Word, Excel and PowerPoint”.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
