Job Description

  • Drive HR agenda & implement solutions to both business and HR strategy and goals.
  • Identify & Monitor tanning needs for professional development to ensure that training objectives are met
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Providing advice and guidance to Board or managers on employment matters; influencing management and the leadership around the people to maximize service performance.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with employees & managers to ensure efficiency
  • Resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Act as a project manager for specific HR projects internally and externally with all the related parties
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Develop and manage all HR solutions through the following
  • Develop, implement & Ensure people's policy & process in service of efficient and effective delivery

Job Requirements

Academic & professional qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in a related field
  • PHR/SPHR/ SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or MBA.

Experience:

  • Seven years of professional Human Resources experience, with at least three years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge

  • In depth knowledge of labor low and legal activities.
  • In depth knowledge in strategic HR practices including talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, employee relations, leadership development and coaching and performance management.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
