Job Description
- Coordinate work in the stores .
- Ensure clean and safe stores and ensure that goods are clean and safely issued .
- Monitor stock levels and inform the senior storekeeper on this .
- Work along with Senior Storekeeper according to the guidelines set by the stores supervisor with regards to ware house space, equipment and people.
- Provide guidance to towards other stores division staff such as yard foreman et.
- Provide the senior storekeeper and stores supervisor with input on the development needs of stores division staff.
- Provide guidance towards subordinates .
- Provide senior storekeeper and stores supervisor with input on development needs and performance of subordinates as part of the performance evaluation process.
Job Requirements
- Vocational technical and or University degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Support colleagues to develop knowledge and skills.
