About the job:
As a fundamental member of the Engineering Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Nana. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day application technical support to teams and internal stakeholders such as business operations and call center.
- Proactively identify problems and make solution recommendations.
- Formulate and define scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution.
- Partner with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
- Review daily production reports and work with appropriate parties to resolve identified issues.
- Communicate task/ticket statuses and issues to clients and team members as needed.
- Analyze and gain experience around existing software solutions and processes.
- Use SQL to analyze and track resolutions or diagnose data issues.
- Participate in software development life cycles from discovery to development, testing, and product launches as needed.
- Collect business requirements and communicate with the stakeholder and development teams.
- Escalate, manage, and report issues with transparency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related subject from a reputable university.
- 3+ years of experience working in application support or relevant software technology environments.
- Good understanding of SQL and the ability to write queries to troubleshoot and correct data issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot JavaScript and HTML issues.
- Experience with AWS cloud services/technologies and Microsoft Windows services.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence or similar ticketing/documentation systems.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience documenting workflow processes using process-flow or activity diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively across various departments and levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Highly organized and able to multitask and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency.
- Advanced execution capabilities and the ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.
