Job Description
- Directing operational aspects including distribution, customer service and sales
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for the team
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Prepare staff appraisals
- Maintain High level of team spirit
- Supervise all branches services, follow up ,documents and reports
- Supervise all branches target
- Controlling all branches activities
- Develop and maintain a system to improve customers satisfaction

- Handle customers complaints when the case is escalated
- Monitor performance of the branches ,agents and supervisors
- Develop and Maintain relationships with customers
- Analyze the present market shares
- Manage the performance of subordinates by setting targets and monitoring results
- Determine Training needs and secure suitable trainings needed for the team
- Meet Customer Care department’s objectives and KPIs with the company strategy
- Solve departments problem to reduce the turn over
- Place the department target up with the company strategy
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
- Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
- Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
- Open new channels for sales with developing the old ones
- Prepare and manage company's new plan and calendar according to company's annual strategies
- Bring new ideas to promote the company's image and its service.
- Maintaining the quality of service and the rules of honor of the profession.
- Continuously observe warehouse to ensure the presence of the goods to avoid any shortage
