Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Study the project documents and prepare the Contractor's offer including quantity surveying, cost estimate...etc.
- Planning and maintaining project budget and schedules.
- Prepare technical material submittals.
- Supervise the preparation of shop drawings.
- Resolve technical issues.
- Review the invoices (clients and subcontractors).
- Report on project progress until the successful handing over of the project.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, Primavera and AutoCAD.
