Job Description
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Engineering activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Managing parts of construction projects.
- Supervising contracted staff.
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.
- Liaising with subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Facility & project director and other project participants to aid and technical support.
- Recommend changes in the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proven working experience as a project and site engineer.
- Good English language.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced knowledge of Site management processes, means, and methods.
- Understanding of all facets of the Work process.
