Job Description

  • Responsible for all corporate legal affairs Organizing the authorities, licenses, permits and other official entities procedures)
  • Introduce legal advice to different departments (Financial, sales and Technical)
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all type of contracts in (Arabic & English)
  • Cooperate with the top management to legally enhance the group policies and regulations.
  • To ensure that the organization has adhered to the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of the country.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Law is required. Master of Law is a plus.
  • Prior Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a multinational company or corporate legal firm is required.
  • Experience Required: Knowledge: Experience in corporate governance and corporate compliance regulations, experience in drafting reviewing and negotiating all kinds of contracts, experience in dealing with suppliers, customers and different stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic
  • Problem Solving: Typical problems requiring solving by the will include ensuring sufficient documentation and legal arguments exist to support our legal positions in legal cases, obtaining clear and accurate information from the business to assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, gaining access to information to aid in providing legal advice, etc…
  • Planning Ahead: Ability to prioritize contracts and tasks to meet business needs.
