Job Description
- Develop the strategic plan with recommendations in line with corporate objectives
- Develop marketing and local sales budgets
- Monitor sales & marketing expenses to be within budget
- Setting the pricing strategy.
- Develop the sales policies & credit terms in conjunction with finance
- Provides direction to and work closely with marketing regarding trade shows and other important industry events.
- Maintains contacts with key prospects
- Design and implement the sales strategy
- Develop strong, & aggressive sales force to maximize profitable sales in local market
- Plan, develop & implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Manage customer service and develop long-term client relationships with key accounts
- Develop sales forecasts and lead sales team to consistently meet & exceed plan.
- Review distribution network, and identify areas for development
- Manage the Sales incentive scheme to sales team distribution channels
- Allocate accounts & distribute target to sales team
- Evaluate the current status and positioning of products and customer groups.
- Develop and implement successful sales and product campaigns to assure continued growth.
- Plan, develop and manage different Marketing activities to expand sales
- Develop, adjust and evaluate promotional and advertising activities
- Manage the New product introduction process
- Set pricing strategy in line with the company strategies
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Develop ideas and create offers to key accounts and customers to increase sales
- Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Sales & marketing certificate an asset
- 5-10 years experience in sales & marketing in managerial position.
- Excellent command of English
- Extremely entrepreneurial
