Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain, brand recognition and customer satisfaction
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Profitability - ensure all services and placements are sold within target margins.
- Analyze and predict sales, and sale trends to make informed decisions
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Plan and execute specials and promos, including year-end clearance sales
- Set and monitor store’s budget, making every effort to maximize efficiency and profits
- Maintain current knowledge of market/trends
- Train, manage, and regularly evaluate staff performance
- Provide staff with product knowledge
- Motivate sales staff to meet or exceed sales goals
- Place orders with vendors or wholesalers
- Maintaining statistical and financial record
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Have experience in E- Commerce .
