Job Description
- Deploy departmental and individual goals for the marketing department.
- Work with management to set marketing budget and monitor and control departmental expenditures.
- Develop and monitor marketing effectiveness reports on an ongoing basis.
- Create marketing strategies and plans, E-marketing tools, and how he/she will use the social media platform in a professional way in any field of business either products or services.
- Works with purchasing and executive team to produce marketing campaigns.
- Develop, execute, and report on the effectiveness of e-mail and cross channel digital campaigns to include Social Media Platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Act as the point person managing relationships with web marketing partners.
- Lead the creation of web content and promotions, including product pages, blog posts, product line ad pages, regular advertising campaigns and sales and monitor their effectiveness.
- Manage monthly reports for ongoing content reviews and analytics.
- Develop, edit, and produce marketing videos for distribution on applicable web platforms and social media.
- Create online Ads in a professional way and how to choose the right target audience.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaboration with the company team like Graphic Designers, SEO and others in order to realize the core activities inside the agency.
- Coordinate production of all catalogs, advertisements, and direct mail pieces.
- Manage the mailing list selections and customer/prospect database for print and email using Mail Chimp or similar platforms.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the marketing field.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong understanding of different marketing channels like such as SEO, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google ads.
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools , SEM/SEO , Google analytics and social media).
- In-depth research to identify market opportunities and preferences to support campaign creations.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Very good up to Excellent English.
