Job Description
- Deliver day-to-day operations in the recruitment and selection process
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with employee relations issues in a professional manner, including disciplinarians, grievances, and capability, etc...
- Assist and resolve staff and management queries
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations requirements.
- Ensure accurate information is fed into the bespoke HR system
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Make periodic reports about annual leaves and overtime.
- Participation in the evaluation process of employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Management / Commerce / Law
- HR Diploma / Masters degree is preferred
- Have previous experience working in KSA or knowledge about its labor law
- Females only.
- MUST be a resident of Alexandria
- 5+ years of experience as an HR specialist
- Adequate knowledge of Labor Law
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural and virtual team
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Good command of English proficiency (Written/Spoken)
