Production Engineer - Process Officer

Main Job Duties:

• To assist Shift leader/ Exe officer for all the activities assigned to him.
• To follow and execute the production plan received from planning.
• To execute all production activates involved to produce a quality film.
• To execute all activates involved in the recycling system
• To attend the faults encountered during the process for production as well as the quality of the film.
• Coordination with the maintenance department during a break down as well as to intimate if any abnormality found during the running process and planning for preventive shutdowns.
• Coordination with quality control for quality of the continuous running product as per the specification as well as follow up of the history of earlier produced material.
• Coordination with slitting and metabolizing for various affairs related to production.
• To procure raw material and consumables required from store-9
• Data entry in ERP and monitoring/generation of various reports required to track production performance.
• Responsible for complete housekeeping of plant to maintain required Hygiene level as we are producing the food-grade product.
• To follow safe operating practices to ensure the safe operation of machines as well as considering the safety of people involved in the operation.
• To follow and execute the various instructions given by the superiors based on time to time requirement related to operations.
• Use equipment properly and follow safety features.
• Follow HSE instructions in his area especially dealing with chemical Hazards and radioactive resources.
• Follow environmental protection instruction in his area especially dealing with chemical Hazards.
• Follow company policies (Food safety, HSE, environmental, sharp control, and the entrance of production hall).
• Applying documents and records approved in the management system (BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS, and EMS).
• Follow emergency plans in case of any emergencies or trail.
