Main Job Duties:
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
- Responsible for telesales agents hiring mainly as well as other positions.
- Responsible for preparing hiring documents for newly joined employees.
- Handling the on boarding of new employees.
- Handle the resignation of existing employees and on-time replacement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years, call center industries.
- Massive hiring experience is a must .
- Very Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good in communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage stress & meet deadlines
