Job Description:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
  • Advice clients on the most effective route and feasible solutions
  • Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval
  • Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
  • Coordinating with various agency departments
  • Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stage and ensure that projects are completed on time and agency staff are expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines.
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • keeping records, writing reports and handling invoice

Job Requirements

  • Good spoken and written communication skills (Both English & Arabic)
  • Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information
  • Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
  • Strong operational and thinking ability
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • Thinks Digital and able to present ideas with conviction
  • Smart in appearance
