Senior Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our clients' Social Media strategy to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Manage daily social media posts.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign; prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use social media marketing tools such as CrowdTangle.
• Work with designers to ensure your content is excellent and appealing.
• Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
• Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt the current process to fit client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
