Job Description
- Preparing Sewage Projects Shop Drawings (Sewer Networks, Force Main and Pump Stations).
- Preparing Material Approvals and Material Tracking Lists (Approval, Request and Delivery).
- Preparing Quantity Estimations and Materials Requests.
- Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
- Preparing the full project’s procurement plan.
- Prepare the monthly invoices for the owner/client.
- Prepare and arrange all invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit change orders/additional orders to the client according to its cost and time frame.
- Prepare approval requests for materials adherence to project’s specifications and follow up the handing over to the consultant.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially Project Manager and Technical Office Manager.
- Providing technical advice.
- Preparing Material Request for Quotations and Collect Quotations.
- Follow Up with Other Managements for Preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Preparing Progressive Site to Consultant Letters and Replying Consultant Letters under Supervision Of Project Manager.
- Working on Project Progressive Follow up Log’s ( Lab Test Log, Letters Log, Material Approval Log And Same).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Good English language.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Sewage Networks Projects Shop Drawings Knowledge Is Must.
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2D, (Sewer Cad and Pipe2Cad Is preferred).
