Job Description:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Conduct market researches, as well as, researching organizations and individuals to understand competition and find new opportunities.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Lead communications between different departments to ensure that the proposal matches the clients’ needs.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Equivalent work experience in a related field is a must.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
