Job Description
- Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
- Leads large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
- Monitors performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- By partnering with key stakeholders across the organization, analyze data and business requirements, and develop IT solutions that would meet such requirements.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
- Set the department’s objectives and personal goals for the IT Staff, setting KPIs for their continuous performance appraisal.
- Determine points of weakness and set development plans, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Strategic implementation of information technologies, including cloud solutions and custom made software that would maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency.
- Directs technological research in synchronization with organization goals and strategies.
- Leads projects, coordinating resources, and managing time with user departments and data center to ensure completion of projects in time.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements.
- Apply company policies and work for achieving the organizational goals in accordance with the ethics, rules & regulations.
- Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field in addition to an MBA
Computer Skills:
- Experience with Computers and Networks management.
- Experience in digital transformation.
- Oracle ERP system
Languages:
- Excellent Arabic and English
Ideal experience:
- 7 – 10 Experience in the same position
- 3 Experience as an IT Engineer
