Job Description
- Promote the sales of properties to potential customers.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Display residential and commercial properties to clients and explain their features.
- Present and negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Build a network of potential clients to ensure a strong database.
- Maintain and develop relationships with potential customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
- Keep a proper record of sales activities and approached customers’ data order information.
- Advise the customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Coordinate selling process with the real-estate brokerage agencies, following up with them, reaching a wider range of prospects and closed deals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline. (undergrads can apply)
- At least 1 year experience as the same position.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
