About the Job
  • We are hiring "Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator" for one of our clients located in Obour.

Job Description

  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Dealing with car tracking applications
  • Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery
  • Communicate with customers, truckers. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility

Work Conditions:

  • 6 working days with 1 day fixed off.
  • Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: up to 3 years. (logistics field is a must)
  • Excellent with Microsoft office.
  • Car owner.
  • Lives nearby Obour city.
  • English: Excellent to Fluent.
  • Age: up to 30 years old.
