Job Description
- Creating an audit and analytical system for the work of human resources management
- Design a HR Audit Procedures and their forms.
- Implement the HR Auditing System on over the HR Dept and their functions.
- Organize a HR Auditing plan and conduct it
- Design a Reporting System show the HR Non-conformity notes.
- Provides correction reports and proposals.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- University graduate
- MBA preferred
- At least 3 years in HR Auditing Dept.
- At least 10 years in HR field.
- Auditing and HR diplomas
