Job Description
- Setting the operating plan for lines/drivers (daily - weekly - monthly).
- The plan includes the dates of car exit (the ruler) / housing every morning and evening driver for each car / determining drivers vacations and rest.
- Follow-up on the work of receiving and receiving drivers on buses between the two shifts.
- Follow up the maintenance works of all kinds and forms with the maintenance engineer.
- Follow-up to the supply and the daily follow-up work related to revenue deficit / double revenue in each line.
- Conducting a complete study about the itineraries and monitoring the competing lines.
- Follow-up problems with the operation (driver - bus).
- Follow-up of the distillation between cars through the follow-up of the main stations.
- Attract 10 new drivers every month
