Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and create a welcoming environment.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Format Word documents and create PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
Job Requirements
- 0-3 Years of Administration experience
- Females Only
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Attentive to details and Hard worker
- Eager to learn
- Maadi residents would be preferable
