Job Description

  • Assisting in the development of, and responsible for the execution of the NU Digital Marketing Plan, across digital channels, as per Marketing Strategy to deliver expected results as per NU annual goals and objectives, including preparing, managing and improving online content, strategizing and managing Social Media presence, and considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Responsible for handling NU Social Media Presence including content creation, scheduling, Communication with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews to ensure best service and support provided to the NU digital community.
  • Responsible for keeping the department up to date with latest technology and best practices in digital brand presence, as well as the digital competitiveness of NU.
  • Responsible for handling Digital Advertising on Social Media and other digital platforms, as well as measuring and developing analytical reports about the digital reach and influence of NU in the market with concern to all Target Audience groups, as well as the effectiveness of all digital activities and campaigns, in terms of engagement, conversion, lead generation and acquisition.
  • Responsible for Digital Crisis Management in terms of reporting, Planning and handling issues related to the reputation of NU Digitally.
  • Overlooking the Digital spending as per approved budget.
  • Responsible for maintaining brand equity in all NU communications.
  • Responsible for livestreaming of webinars and important events on different digital channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, public relations or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing activities, and related activities
  • Experience in executing Digital marketing campaigns
