Job Description

  • Persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions
  • To achieve the key performance indicators viz.
    1. Sales units targets
    2. Conversion targets
    3. Cross-selling targets
  • Should listen to objections and handle them effectively.
  • Should be aware of basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate prices.
  • Use all call-handling skills at the opening, during conversation and while ending the call.
  • Act as a Sales consultant to advise customers on the right service he is looking for.
  • Performs outbound calls for customer sales.
  • Adhering to the pre-set performance & Quality KPIs as per the Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Accurately understanding the reasons for customer dissatisfaction and customer needs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining appropriate Attendance, productive time on the dialer.
  • Maintaining sales records in structure forms.
  • Should be up to date with the product and process knowledge as assessed through various tools.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Previous experience in Telesales is a Plus
  • University graduates ONLY
  • Max age 30
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sales and negotiation skills
