Job Description
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
- Help customers through email, phone, presentations, and in person meetings.
- Delivering presentations, marketing strategies and plans according to clients needs.
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client's advertisement projects.
- Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our Services.
- Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
Job Requirements
- Proven Account Management or relevant experience
- Event Management, Activation Agency background
- Very good presentation skills
- Sales background
- Experience from 3 to 5 years
- Aware of budget sheets, event handling, operations production
- Good command of English & Arabic
- Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Powerpoint
- Optional: Photoshop Skills
