Job Description
Technical
- Monitor and report the progress of site activities and manage relations at a site level with representative of subcontractors, consultants and the local authorities.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors.
- Ensure that the construction standards and the contractual requirements are followed and implemented.
- Ensure the compliance of the construction time with project schedule and address project risks.
- Review method of statements and work processes.
- Regular report of the project status.
Operation
- Ensure building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Assisting team members with seasonal projects, timelines and budget.
- Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
- Testing and evaluating building systems for diagnostics & solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience working in civil construction with 7+ years’ experience in civil design.
- Good knowledge of educational industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
- Experience using various engineering design software programs and Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to travel locally, work on site and towards tight deadlines
- Flexible to work to shift patterns as and when required.
- Very good level of English.
- Preferred locations (5th settlement or East Cairo).
