Job Description
- Manages localization projects from beginning to end between customers and linguists (internal & External).
- Assigns, monitors and measures project team members’ work.
- Manages project plans, managing time, budget, resources and quality control.
- Directs team’s deliveries to timelines and product quality.
- Identifies and solves localization issues or disagreements, whether system or product, identifies causes and performs corrective/preventative action.
- Leads project/client/business partner meetings and conference calls.
- Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with customers, translators, proofreaders and reviewers.
- Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and news, keeping up to date through active participation in training opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Relevant Field.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- Previous Experience in the Localization industry is a must.
- Excellent business writing skills is a MUST.
- Deadline oriented.
