Job Description
- Managing and following up with the steel works processes.
- Prepare detailed quantity surveying for Structural and
Architectural elements. - Value the work carried out at site thus preparing the Monthly interim payments.
- Prepare invoices to subcontractors.
- Monitoring and Control the subcontractors' variation compared to the Company's variation
with the Employer. - Determination & Evaluation of Subcontractor claims.
Job Requirements
- Civil Bachelor's degree.
- Min 2+ years in construction is a must, with steel workshop experience .
- The project will be out of Cairo .
