Job Description
- Carry out marketing researches and survey related to industry, competitors, events and exhibition. Also, marketing analysis that includes SWOT, PESTEL
- Implementation of tasks given and communication plan regarding the marketing plan with agencies and marketing department
- Seek and acquire new suppliers, advertising agencies, print and production houses, exhibitions and events, etc.
- Written brief to suppliers, present quotations and ideas related to marketing activities
- Periodically visit our projects to follow up marketing activities (productions, video sessions, photo sessions, etc.)
- Meet with suppliers, attend events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc.
- Storage responsibility, distributing material, supervise, order, receive, and deliver according to business needs (exhibitions, brochures, booths, giveaways, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Must have a driving license
- Has excellent knowledge in Marketing
- Has 3-4 of experience in the real estate marketing
- Knows how to write contents related to marketing
- Able to use Adobe, Montage, Photography, etc.
- Able to make effective presentations
- Able to do print outs, send business emails, etc.
- Able to surf internet with ease
- Able to analyze and provide effective point of views
