Job Description
- Handling all the recruitment process from the beginning to the end (Posting, Screening and making the first interview & Preparing offer letters to the accepted candidates) (Blue and White Collars).
- Post open positions to online recruitment websites and other social media sources to ensure getting the best fit to the position: Internal, external, referrals, network, talent pools….etc.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Develop and prepare Recruitment reports.
- Will assist in personnel cycle.
- Conduct orientation sessions for candidates.
- Attending Job Fairs.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 Years Experience, especially in recruitment (White and Blue Collars) & experience in personnel, will be a plus.
- Preferred Males.
- Must be 6TH OF OCTOBER or SHEIKH ZAYED Residence only.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent communication & flexible & Adaptation skills.
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
