Job Description
- To assist in planning and organizing training courses in the specified topics of expertise
- To assist in developing material for training courses.
- To deliver training courses in line with Academy standards and course objectives
- To evaluate the trainees and students according to Academy standards and course objectives
- To prepare courses evaluation and reports to administration.
- To assist in administrative responsibilities of the department.
- To work on upgrading skills and knowledge base.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- Public Schools teachers training experience
- Leadership and capacity to motivate and interest others in technical subjects
- Ability to plan, organize and carry out training workshops & sessions
- Capacity to prepare and deliver presentations
- Good organizational skills
- High problem-solving skills and research skills
- High computer skills, specifically in word office application
- High motivated teaching ability and willingness to be at any time up to date
