Job Description

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and clients’ needs.
  • Examine company rules to make sure they stay relevant and make recommendations for necessary changes.
  • Manage daily company operations. Coach employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks.
  • Prepare sales contracts-ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Analyze sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance.
  • Assess risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation.
  • Responsible for using their initiative to supervise his/her team source new clients.
  • Resolve issues with contracts and ensure the productivity of commercial operations.
  • Communicate with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Maintain new business production, customer satisfaction, and continuous business growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Director, Sales Director, or a relevant role in B2B.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience, leading a team of sales & business development, preferably 7 years of experience in Logistics.
  • Age: 40- 45.
  • Experience in getting leads B2B is a Must.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge & Wide professional network.
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build a rapport with new & existing clients
  • Time management and planning skills
