Job Description

The ideal candidate should have experience with UI " HTML / CSS / SaaS " since some of the work will involve of implementing customer data into our system.

Customer Support

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing day to day effective support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Respond to different types of users’ messages on the ticketing system, email, mail, phone, and different Social Media channels.
  • Handle product/service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints, determining the cause of problems, following up to ensure complete resolution, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers
  • Provide ideas on how to support and improve the internal systems.

Implementation Support

  • Insert customers and accounts data & creating and managing new and existing product data using the built-in tools and admin system.
  • Implement customer data and certificate templates into beXel
  • Generate and manage content needed for products across assigned categories.
  • Detect and fix data/content errors in the system across assigned categories.
  • Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ Experience dealing with Ms. tools
  • 1+ Experience in HTML / CSS / UI to be able to use our solution editor
  • Excellent English & Arabic Language written/speaking
  • Very good communication skills
  • Familiar with the Ticketing system and how to deal with international clients
