Job Description
- Design, manage and monitor the effective compliance to the hospital policies and procedures
- Builds, and monitors implementation and effectiveness of the hospital’s Quality Management and Improvement System.
- Convenes regular meetings, sets agendas, develops and analyzes performance improvement data for the council, designs and implements the necessary Quality Council processes and systems, develops and implements an hospital-wide communication plan.
- Researches and designs appropriate hospital-wide performance and quality training
- Manage the reporting cycle and investigation of occurrence variance reports.
- Support and lead the adoption of international healthcare quality standards.
- Implements performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on the hospital’s operations.
- Coordinates different quality and performance initiatives to ensure alignment and optimal use of resources.
- Coordinates performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
- Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring and reporting system.
- Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts.
- Coordinates the Quality Council.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or dentist.
- Postgraduate studies in quality is a must.
- Experience in the same position or supervision level in healthcare is a must.
