Design, manage and monitor the effective compliance to the hospital policies and procedures
Builds, and monitors implementation and effectiveness of the hospital’s Quality Management and Improvement System.
Convenes regular meetings, sets agendas, develops and analyzes performance improvement data for the council, designs and implements the necessary Quality Council processes and systems, develops and implements an hospital-wide communication plan.
Researches and designs appropriate hospital-wide performance and quality training

Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring and reporting system.
Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts.
Coordinates the Quality Council.
