Job Description

  • Managing schedules, records and accounts receivable
  • Setting up classrooms and training venues
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets).
  • Evaluation distribution & collection.
  • Certificates printing, filling and distribution.
  • Confirmations call of students before course with one week in case of delay or emergency.
  • Operate the course labs including (pens, board, projector …) checks.
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Confirmation calls with the instructors.
  • Working hours: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM , 6 days per week and one day is off.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Very good in English
