Job Description
- Data management and reporting.
- Data storage and book-keeping organization and follow up on contracts, suppliers, legal documents…etc
- Orders management, operation and logistics (including customers and suppliers)
- Customer handling and service follow up including databases, inquiries and complaints.
- Logistics inspection and follow-up.
- Follow up on financial payments (clients and suppliers)
- Handling freight, transportation and distribution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in relative field.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management, organization and communication skills.
- Works well with deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics systems.
- Experience working in logistics preferred.
- English language is a must.
- Bachelor's degree required.
