Job Description
- Handle Fawry plus branches complaints (Payment & Technical complaints)
- Review new POS software release and deliver it to the branches for installation
- Review new Fawry plus services and prepare & update product knowledge material
- Handle the relation between Fawry plus branches and the Fawry first level support team
- Handle Fawry plus customers complaints received through Fawry call center
- Handle Credit cards configuration
- Handle with Fawry warehouse to replace damaged spare part (POS, Adaptor, Battery etc.)
- Provide branches employees technical training sessions on Fawry system
- Attend Fawry Plus new services product knowledge training sessions conducted by Fawry Plus clients and transfer the knowledge to retail staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Quick learner and has attention to details
- Very good communications skills
- Ability to deliver product knowledge training
