Job Description
Mainly responsible on all Medical , Life insurance and premium cards related tasks including:
- Updating the database.
- Additions & cancellations.
- Payments issuance.
- Distribution of new joiners cards.
- Act as focal point between employees and providers for any cases occur.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Officer.
- Very good - Excellent English proficiency.
- Good analytical Skills.
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organization Development,Finance or a relevant field.
- Males only.
